From Sign-Up to First Message
Sign Up (2 minutes)
Visit our enrollment page, fill in your school details and school head information. Your free trial starts immediately.
Set Your Password
You'll receive an email with a link to set your password. Click it, create a password, and you're in.
Log In to ParentSync Portal
Access your school's dashboard. You're the School Admin now.
Define Your School Structure (10 min)
Add your classes (LKG, Class 1, 2...) and sections (A, B, C). Add subjects if you want teacher-subject mapping.
Upload Students & Teachers (15 min)
Download the Excel template, fill in your data, upload. ParentSync validates and imports everything.
Invite Parents
With one click, send invite emails to all parents. They set their password and are connected to their child's class.
Send Your First Announcement
Compose a message, select "All Parents" group, hit send. Watch the read receipts come in.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
After setup, this is how your school uses ParentSync daily.
Sends fee reminder to all parents
Select "All Parents" group, use fee reminder template, send. Check read receipts after 2 hours.
Sends homework update to Class 5A
Select "Class 5A Parents" group, type message, send. All parents receive it instantly.
Announces annual day event
Compose announcement with details, send to All Parents, pin the message so it stays at the top.
Messages a specific parent
Open direct message, select parent, send private message about their child's progress.
Reads and responds
Opens ParentSync (app or portal), sees new messages, reads and acknowledges.
You're Not Alone
Every school is assigned a Support Representative who can assist with onboarding. Premium plan schools get a dedicated rep who can log into your portal (read-only) to help with setup issues.
